Data Deletion Instructions

1. For Business Owners (Registered Users)
If you have a registered account on Mulabee and wish to delete your business page, profile, and all associated booking records, you can do so easily:
How to delete your account directly:
- Log in to your dashboard at mulabee.com/login.
- Navigate to the Profile or Business settings tab.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click the Delete Account button and confirm your action.
Alternatively, you can submit a manual deletion request by sending an email from your registered email address to leonardorincon0092@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.
2. For Customers (End Clients)
If you are a customer who booked an appointment with a business on Mulabee, your data (name, phone, email, and booking details) is owned and controlled by the Business Owner.
- Direct Request: You can contact the business owner directly to ask them to remove your client record and appointment history from their Mulabee dashboard.
- Platform Support: If you are unable to contact the business owner or prefer our assistance, you can email us at leonardorincon0092@gmail.com with your full name, phone number, and the business page you booked with. We will contact the owner or remove your details from the database.
3. What Data is Deleted?
When an account or data record is marked for deletion, we perform a thorough and permanent cleanup across all systems:

4. Google & Facebook Integration Compliance
If you initially registered on Mulabee using a third-party social provider (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook Login) and subsequently delete your Mulabee account:
- All profile links, authorization tokens, and public IDs received from the provider are permanently severed and deleted from our database.
- To completely de-authorize Mulabee from your social account, you can also manage permissions directly in your provider's security settings (e.g., Google Account Permissions or Facebook App Settings).
